We are the Bolstad/Neverdal family (Erik, Torill and 3 children) and live at Skjolden in Luster municipality, at the head of the Sognefjord.

Store Naa Siderkompani

Welcome to Store Naa Siderkompani from the farm with the number 57/2 in Ullensvang, Hardanger. The farm has produced and cultivated beverages of the highest quality from Hardanger's world-famous apples. We make both cider and juice based on tradition, love, creativity and hard work, like most things at Store Naa. This is a family farm that goes back to the 1600s.

Buhagen

We are two families of farmers at Skiftun in Hjelmeland who sell our products under the brand name Buhagen. The farms are located down by the fjord, with a short distance to the mountains.

Fjordfolk Mikrobryggeri

Fjordfolk Mikrobryggeri lies in Sandefjord, and our cider series has been named “Tall Ship Craft Cider”. The brewery’s pub is located in Framnes shipyard where they have built the tall ship Christian Radich.

Nordre Bergan Gård - Agnar Lund

Here at Nordre Bergan farm, I grow apples, pumpkins, and grains. I also sell honey from my own bees. In addition, I process apples into cider and apple juice. Apples and pumpkins are delivered to Bama, as well as sold in my own farm shop.

Tingvoll Cider

På garden Strupstad i Tingvoll er det tradisjon for å dyrke frukt i bakkene ned mot fjorden. Her dyrker dagens eier, Silje Osnes, mange av de gode, gamle eplesortene fra den gangen oldefar var fruktbonde på garden. Eplene dyrkes etter økologiske prinsipp og foredles til blant annet eplemost, eplesider og issider.

Måge gard

We have produced cider for over 30 years. Located at Måge (formerly the premises of Måge farm shop)

Hardangerbonden

On the east side of Sørfjorden in Hardanger lies Sekse. The Hardanger Farmer (Hardangerbonden) Ingrid, the farm helper Bård, the oldest girl and heir Ida, and the youngest girl Tuva live here.
On the farm, they grow apples that are processed in the cidery. The cidery is in the middle of the yard, and this is where all of the production happens.

Nordre Nes

The farm Nordre Nes is located in a beautiful fruit landscape at Nesodden, facing the lake Norsjø in Telemark. This area has a particularly good climate for fruit farming, and the farm has grown apples for sale for over 100 years.

Amble Gård

Amble Gård (Amble Farm) is located in Kaupanger, in the innermost part of the Sognefjord. We have organic fruit production and organic animal food production, as well as tourism, forestry and hunting. We run 3,5 hectares of organic apple production divided into the varieties Aroma, Discovery and Eden.
