EPLI SIDERI

Epli is an old word for apple, which in the old days was used in everyday speech in Hardanger and originates from the Viking age.
Bugarden
Bugarden is located in the middle of lush Solør, which is one of the largest areas in Norway for grain and potatoes. Bugarden was established in 1947. Today it is Ole Albert Eig who runs the farm.
Hardanger Saft og Siderfabrikk
Hardanger Saft og Siderfabrikk is a traditional fruit farm with a large production of apple juice and cider. The family farm is situated on a south-facing slope with the ideal climate for fruit farming. In the old days, there were apples, pears, plums, and sweet cherries at Lekve, but today we only grow apples.
Hajen Sideri
We have a small farm where apples are the main focus. We also have some plums that are delivered for sale. The majority of our apples are also delivered for sale.
OmCider
OmCider is located in Hjelmeland in Ryfylke. We planted our first apple trees on the farm in 2016, and we now have 5 hectares of apple trees and 1 hectare of sweet cherries.
Lofthus Sideri
Lofthus Sideri are four neighbouring farms in Lofthus that together aim to make great apple juice and cider. We grow our apples on steep, sunny slopes facing the southwest. This, combined with good soil and an ideal climate with long summer days, gives our apples the sweet and acidic taste that is so important in a good apple juice, and of course, a good cider.
Vestavin
In July 2021, Camilla bought the disused small farm "Ystebakken" on Årdalsbakke in Jølster. There you can experience the Vineyard at Jølst, a fruit vineyard under construction, with a farmshop, tours with tasting of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products, concerts and other events.
Ølmheim siderhage
Ølmheim Siderhage is located by the Sognefjord, at Ølmheim between Sogndal and Leikanger. Here, Sigrid Ølmheim and Endre Kleiveland have an orchard with apples, pears and plums. The large fjord makes our area great for fruit farming, with mild winters and moderately warm summers.
Harding Økologisk Sideri
In July 2020, the 2019 vintage of the first organic cider from Hardanger was sold at Vinmonopolet for the first time. Behind Harding Sideri is Jan Ove Nes, who learned to make cider from his grandfather.
