Spildegarden is a family farm of four generations that produces fruit and berries. We make many different types of Spildemust (apple juice) and Spildesider (cider) in our small farm press and cidery.
Bugarden
Bugarden is located in the middle of lush Solør, which is one of the largest areas in Norway for grain and potatoes. Bugarden was established in 1947. Today it is Ole Albert Eig who runs the farm.
Nordre Nes
The farm Nordre Nes is located in a beautiful fruit landscape at Nesodden, facing the lake Norsjø in Telemark. This area has a particularly good climate for fruit farming, and the farm has grown apples for sale for over 100 years.

We, Tore Weum and Monika Wessel, moved from St. Hanshaugen, Oslo to the village of Kjørsvikbugen in Nordmøre in January 2019.
Ulvik Frukt & Cideri
Fruit farm that is located in south-facing terrain in Ulvik in Hardanger. Very good conditions for high-quality fruit. Warm summers and stable winters. Long tradition of fruit farming in Hardanger and Ulvik - fruit has been cultivated on this farm since the 1700s, and cider has probably been produced for just as long.
Øvre Ellingsrud gård
Øvre Ellingsrud farm is a small farm in Østre Jevnaker, at 430 m above sea level. Here Camilla and Jan have grown blackcurrants and currants on a small scale since 2012 - organically, of course. Since then, we have produced juice and jam from our own berries.
Vestavin
In July 2021, Camilla bought the disused small farm "Ystebakken" on Årdalsbakke in Jølster. There you can experience the Vineyard at Jølst, a fruit vineyard under construction, with a farmshop, tours with tasting of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products, concerts and other events.
Bringebærlandet
Bringebærlandet is half an hour's drive south of Oslo, in an open and lush agricultural area just outside Drøbak. Here in the sunny summers, the raspberries thrive.
NeRø Frukt og Sider
NeRø farm lies on the sunny slope of Heddalsvannet and faces the mountain Gaustatoppen to the north. The farm has no long tradition of fruit growing. It started, like many things in life, as a random interest in 2013 and with the knowledge that this location in eastern Telemark has an excellent climate for growing fruits and berries.
