Spildegarden

Spildegarden is a family farm of four generations that produces fruit and berries. We make many different types of Spildemust (apple juice) and Spildesider (cider) in our small farm press and cidery.

Ulvik Frukt & Cideri

Fruit farm that is located in south-facing terrain in Ulvik in Hardanger. Very good conditions for high-quality fruit. Warm summers and stable winters. Long tradition of fruit farming in Hardanger and Ulvik - fruit has been cultivated on this farm since the 1700s, and cider has probably been produced for just as long.

Inderøy Gårdsbryggeri

Inderøy Gårdsbryggeri has been making apple cider since 2015 as the world's northernmost commercial cider producer. We have our own apple orchard with about 60 trees and supplement with apples from 3-4 apple orchards located on nearby farms.

Sideriet

We make cider from apples from Midt Telemark. The cider house was established in 2020 and is run by Hans Olav Børte and Morten Espe. We have 3 ciders so far in addition to apple juice which will be sold from the farm.

Dyre Gård

Dyre Gård is located on Raet, which lies in Moss municipality in Østfold and is the most famous moraine in Norway. Raet was deposited at the edge of the ice by the Scandinavian ice sheet about 12,500 years ago, providing the perfect soil conditions for producing apples.

Hardanger Saft og Siderfabrikk

Hardanger Saft og Siderfabrikk is a traditional fruit farm with a large production of apple juice and cider. The family farm is situated on a south-facing slope with the ideal climate for fruit farming. In the old days, there were apples, pears, plums, and sweet cherries at Lekve, but today we only grow apples.

OmCider

OmCider is located in Hjelmeland in Ryfylke. We planted our first apple trees on the farm in 2016, and we now have 5 hectares of apple trees and 1 hectare of sweet cherries.

Bugarden

Bugarden is located in the middle of lush Solør, which is one of the largest areas in Norway for grain and potatoes. Bugarden was established in 1947. Today it is Ole Albert Eig who runs the farm.
