Lien Gård
We harvest fruits and berries from our own orchard – apples of the highest quality with the right flavours and berries with their wonderful colours. The fruit is sorted, ground, and pressed into pure apple juice. This apple juice ferments through the winter into delicious apple cider that is full of flavour.

Sider AS
At the Skogheim farm at Aure, fruit trees have been planted since the 1940s. When Bjørn Torsetnes inherited the farm, he and his business partner June Vestavik saw the opportunity to develop a unique product based on the farm’s old traditions. Not long after the first tree was planted, "Fjordsider" was created.
Hardangerbonden
On the east side of Sørfjorden in Hardanger lies Sekse. The Hardanger Farmer

On the farm, they grow apples that are processed in the cidery. The cidery is in the middle of
the yard, and this is where all of the production happens.
