Semi-dry raspberry cider, with a scent of fresh raspberries, light pink cider with a taste of raspberries and acidic apples.

Midgardsormen

The cider is made from Summerred and Discovery apples with lots of lingonberries. There is a scent of intense lingonberry acidity and tannins in the mouth.

Traditional English "Vintage" farm cider. Bristol Fashion is a blend of 3 "bittersweet" apple varieties; the famous Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, and Balls Bittersweet. Fermented with wine yeast with natural malolactic secondary fermentation.

Liersider

Liersider is fresh, sweet and has a lovely apple touch. A good option for those who like sparkling drinks. Liersider is perfect as an aperitif, and is also excellent with light appetizers, salty foods, and fish.

Kingston Black

The king of cider apples, Kingston Black is a "bittersharp" apple that produces a very balanced single variety cider. Scent of plums and ripe apples, balanced taste and dry finish.

Unsinkable Sam

Unsinkable Sam is made by Katja and Discovery apples from Telemark. It is a completely dry, classic Norwegian cider with a scent of strawberries and a high acidity from apples.

South Seas Cider

A dry-hopped cider with Ella hops from Tasmania, the South Seas cider is made from Summerred and Discovery apples. This produces an aroma of peaches and mangoes. Taste of fresh apples with nice acidity, dry finish.

OmCider

OmCider is located in Hjelmeland in Ryfylke. We planted our first apple trees on the farm in 2016, and we now have 5 hectares of apple trees and 1 hectare of sweet cherries.

Bjor ur-sider

The old, original cider that was brewed all across northern Europe was called “bjor” in Old Norse and “beor” in Old English. The drink was made from fermented fruit juice, often with berries and herbs, and honey was added to increase the alcohol content. Bjor was considered to be the most precious drink, and in the Edda poem Allvismål, the Norse god Thor is told by the dwarf Allvis that beer was for men, but bjor was for the gods.
