Sparkling Rosésider

Serve cold, 6–8 °C, in champagne glasses. Clear red colour, dry and lightly sparkling cider. Hints of blackcurrant. Tasty and acidic, suitable as an alternative to red wine.

Prestgard eplesider

Our farm is often called "Prestgarden" (“the rectory”), which is why we call our apple cider Prestgard. Prestgard is an organic apple cider made from Discovery apples.

Livlig Eplesider

The cider is fresh with a good apple flavor and a sour finish.
Scent of pressed apples, citrus and herbs.

Kvestad 1808

Full-bodied with balanced acidity.
Scent of green herbs and spices. Apple core and white pear.

XnTrisk

Fresh and fruity with apple fruit and a long aftertaste.

Knedrepar

Semi-sweet, acidic and lightly sparkling. Fresh taste of apples with a long aftertaste.

Aldin is Balholm's flagship, made from traditional table apples and bitter cider apples. First fermentation in 2016, then bottle fermentation for 2 years before each bottle is disgorged by hand in 2019

Handverkscider bær

Made from apple, raspberry, currant, rhubarb and hops. Fruity and dry, yet very flavorful. An exciting newcomer.

Handverkcider eple

This cider is made from dessert apples and cider apples. Pure apple flavour with light notes of herbs. Fruity and medium dry.
A fresh, all-round apple cider.
