Spildegarden
Spildegarden is a family farm of four generations that produces fruit and berries. We make many different types of Spildemust (apple juice) and Spildesider (cider) in our small farm press and cidery.
Lofthus Sideri
Lofthus Sideri are four neighbouring farms in Lofthus that together aim to make great apple juice and cider. We grow our apples on steep, sunny slopes facing the southwest. This, combined with good soil and an ideal climate with long summer days, gives our apples the sweet and acidic taste that is so important in a good apple juice, and of course, a good cider.
Fossmoen Frukt & Cider
Fossmoen Frukt & Cider is located at Fossmoen in Bjerkreim municipality in Rogaland. The property is idyllically situated facing the southwest, well protected by the mountains and forest. This creates great growing conditions for fruit, next to the Bjerkreim river with wonderful opportunities for salmon fishing during the fishing season.
Syse Gard
At the innermost part of the Hardangerfjord, in Ulvik, you will find Syse Gard with a great view of Ulvikpollen. We are a versatile farm in Western Norway, producing both fruit and lamb meat which is processed and sold in our own farm shop.
Buhagen
We are two families of farmers at Skiftun in Hjelmeland who sell our products under the brand name Buhagen. The farms are located down by the fjord, with a short distance to the mountains.
Grubbestad Gård
Grubbestad Gård is a family-run vineyard located on top of the Raet in Sandefjord, Norway. The farm was established in 2018 and has since grown into a respected player in Norwegian wine production.
The vineyard is situated on sunny, south-facing slopes with sandy soil, ideal for viticulture.
Alde sider / Bleie gard
When the days grow shorter and the yellow light shines on the hillside, the apples are ready for harvesting. On my farm, I have Gravenstein, Discovery and Aroma. These varieties are perfectly suited for cider, each bringing its own unique quality. When they are sweet enough, I pick them carefully and press them into apple juice.
