Golden yellow colour, fresh aroma with a light scent and lots of sweetness, crisp apple flavour. Acidic foundation that balances the sweetness. Exciting complexity. Pleasant carbonation with a medium long aftertaste.

Fjåg

Golden, clear, and a brilliant appearance. Intense and nice apple aroma. Dry and fruity taste. Acidic but well balanced with a little sweetness.

Rabagast

Colour: Light golden, clear. Aroma: Fresh apples, citrus and a hint of honey. Taste: Acidic apples, rhubarb, honey and minerals. Slightly acidic finish. Dry.

Colour: Clear, golden. Aroma: Fresh apples, a bit of honey. Floral. Taste: Red apples and stone fruit, berries, hints of honey and tropical fruit. Semi-dry.

Vill og Villig

Colour: Clear, golden pink. Aroma: Red berries, sweet cherries, rhubarb and rosehip. Taste: Ripe, sweet apples, apple pie, rosehip and rhubarb. Nice, spicy tones. Fruity and floral taste. Semi-dry.

Futens Vrede

Classic cider with hints of the complexity of the wild yeast. Colour: Light golden, clear. Aroma: flowers, honey, green berries and herbs, with a floral touch.

Store Naa Siderkompani

Welcome to Store Naa Siderkompani from the farm with the number 57/2 in Ullensvang, Hardanger. The farm has produced and cultivated beverages of the highest quality from Hardanger's world-famous apples. We make both cider and juice based on tradition, love, creativity and hard work, like most things at Store Naa. This is a family farm that goes back to the 1600s.

57/2 is the name of the cider. It is a tribute to the farm, traditions, and history at Store Naa. 57/2 is a "Classic Norwegian Cider". With a balanced mix of sweetness and acidity. Clear, straw-coloured, and perfectly bubbly. Juicy cider with a slightly bitter hint of apple core.

57/2 Brudeferd

A rosé cider that was made for a proper Hardanger wedding, when the sister of cider maker Eirik was to get married on the farm 57/2. And so, it was named Brudeferd (“bridal procession”).
