Kvitanesen – Poesider is made from Discovery apples, using wild yeast from the apple peel. The cider is medium (16 grams residual sugar). Carbonated. Gentle touch of yellow and red apples with a hint of stone fruit. Obvious bitterness in the mouth, nice acidity and a nice length. Kvitanesen can be used with many types of appetizers, Asian food and white meat. Kvitanesen is available to order from the Vinmonopolet.
