The fruit farm is located in south-facing terrain in Ulvik in Hardanger. Great conditions for high-quality fruit. Warm summers and stable winters.

Long tradition of fruit farming in Hardanger and Ulvik – this farm has grown fruit since 1700 and has probably produced cider since then. Bought the farm in 2001 and planted fruit on the whole farm. Started processing into apple juice and cider in 2007 - many apple varieties on the farm, a total of 22, that form the basis for many different flavours. We make pure apple juice, 8-10 different varieties, and 6 different ciders. We also make apple cider vinegar from cider – all natural – no additives. Naturally 5% vinegar.

One of the longest-running manufacturers in Hardanger – we usually only use wild yeast that is found in the apple peel (spontaneous fermentation).
