A dry and expressive fruit wine with flavours of apple and flowers, showing vibrant freshness and a subtle herbal note on the finish.

Morell natur

A fruity and juicy fruit wine with notes of blackcurrant, cranberry, and red currant. Dark burgundy and naturally cloudy in appearance.

Rips 21

The palate is dry, fresh, and concentrated, showing flavours of red currant and cranberry, supported by oxidative, savoury spice notes. A distinctive and food-driven style.

Borgund

Medium-sweet, concentrated blackcurrant wine. Deep ruby-red in colour. Expressive aromas of blackcurrant and dark berries with subtle hints of spice.

Mjødung

A characterful mead made from honey sourced from the estate’s own apiary, blended with selected fruits, berries, and herbs. Mjødung was awarded Norway’s Best Mead 2022.

Summarium

A flavourful and full-bodied fruit wine capturing the taste of summer. Lively and refreshing, with a well-balanced acidity driven by notes of raspberry and rhubarb.
