Futens Vrede
Classic cider with hints of the complexity of the wild yeast. Colour: Light golden, clear. Aroma: flowers, honey, green berries and herbs, with a floral touch.
Unsinkable Sam
Unsinkable Sam is made by Katja and Discovery apples from Telemark. It is a completely dry, classic Norwegian cider with a scent of strawberries and a high acidity from apples.
Jökulen
Fresh and fruity, aftertaste with hints of citrus. Made using the traditional method with wild yeast from the apple peel (spontaneous fermentation).
Bringebærlandets Mjød
Bringebærmjød er symbiosen av honning og bringebær i flytende form. På sommeren flyr biene fra blomst til blomst og samler nektar, samtidig som de sørger for at plantene bestøves.
Kinso
Semi-dry, sparkling apple cider. Fresh and fruity. Kinso is named after the long and mighty river Kinso, which flows down to Kinsarvik.
Solglimt
Fresh and fruity cider with balanced aftertaste of acidic apples. Semi-dry and lightly sparkling. Light yellow colour. Great with food and on its own.

Touches of apple, citrus and herbs. A sweet cider with a good balance. Added yeast. Young, lightly sparkling and fruity. Scent of citrus, herbs, and lightly floral.
