Cider has been produced on this farm since time immemorial, at least for the past 6 generations.

On the property, there is a huge burial mound from the Bronze Age (1700 BC–500 BC), and I am reasonably sure that whoever lies there also made cider.

On the steep slopes, the conditions are optimal for growing apples, which gives the cider its unique quality. Here, I grow organic apples and refine my own yeast strain for cider production.

In the winter of 2021/2022, new production premises were built in line with organic principles - local materials from our own forest, wood fibre insulation in the walls and ceiling and solar cells on the roof.
