Cider from Hardanger. Young, juicy, and fresh with a little firmness and sweetness, focused touches of apples, herbs, and citrus. Creamy, sparkling.

Aldin is Balholm's flagship, made from traditional table apples and bitter cider apples. First fermentation in 2016, then bottle fermentation for 2 years before each bottle is disgorged by hand in 2019

Handverkcider eple

This cider is made from dessert apples and cider apples. Pure apple flavour with light notes of herbs. Fruity and medium dry.
A fresh, all-round apple cider.

Eplebrygg

A mild and pleasant cider made from dessert apples with malt and light hops. Young cider from chilled fermentation mixed with malt brew.
