Pappa

A lightly sparkling, fresh, acidic, and modern Hardanger cider. This cider is easy to like. Great as an aperitif! Goes well with white meat and fish.

XnTrisk

Fresh and fruity with apple fruit and a long aftertaste.

Store sterk

Semi-dry cider, complex, based on modern apple varieties. Some of the apples have stayed on the trees until the first frost night of autumn.

Knedrepar

Semi-sweet, acidic and lightly sparkling. Fresh taste of apples with a long aftertaste.

Sognefjord is made with bitter cider apples originating from Normandy and Somerset. Scent: Aroma with a touch of apples, flowers, and citrus. Taste: Fruity start with a touch of apples and flowers, aftertaste with clear tannins and a good length. Colour: Medium deep golden.

Gaum

Clear and golden appearance. Taste and scent with light and fresh apple touches, lots of fruitiness, balanced acidity, and a nice structure.

Drøs

Golden yellow colour, fresh aroma with a light scent and lots of sweetness, crisp apple flavour. Acidic foundation that balances the sweetness. Exciting complexity. Pleasant carbonation with a medium long aftertaste.
