An elegant and aromatic fruit wine with a beautifully expressive nose and a balanced sweetness that gives an exclusive, refined character.

Isplomme

A cryo-concentrated plum wine made from the estate’s own plum varieties. The juice undergoes a long, slow cold fermentation.

Skott gård nordre started fruit production in 1891, when the great-grandparents of the current owner came from Aurland in Sogn. The farm is today on 470 decares of land and 150 decares of forest, located near the Drammenselva in Øvre Eiker. We grow grains, seeds, fruit and berries.

Øvre Ellingsrud gård

Øvre Ellingsrud farm is a small farm in Østre Jevnaker, at 430 m above sea level. Here Camilla and Jan have grown blackcurrants and currants on a small scale since 2012 - organically, of course. Since then, we have produced juice and jam from our own berries.

Pilegrimens trøst

A sweet dessert wine with vibrant acidity and a pronounced character of dark berries. The wine is fermented to the highest alcohol level tolerated by the native wild yeast.

Rest! rips

A red currant fruit wine with pronounced sweetness balanced by lively freshness. Subtle notes of almond, leaf, and stem add complexity and a lightly savoury edge.
