Øvre Ellingsrud farm is a small farm in Østre Jevnaker, the farm is located at 430 m above sea level.

Here we, Camilla and Jan, have grown blackcurrants and currants on a small scale since 2012, organically of course.

Since then, we have produced juice and jam from our own berries. In 2022, we launched our first fruit wines, and have achieved the gold standard for "Pilgrimens trøst" in the competition "Norway's Best" in 2020.

Our fruit wines are spontaneously fermented, unfiltered and with nothing but organic sugar added. We put our wine on the press residues after the juice production. In this way, we use our raw materials to the fullest, and we are proud of that!

We want to be small and we want to allow ourselves to develop our very own wines, in the direction we want. We don't really care what the big market wants. Our wines will never get there anyway, but we would think it nice if you took the chance on a bottle!
