An aromatic and refined fruit wine with expressive floral character and balanced sweetness, lifted by the fresh acidity of gooseberries. Made from hand-harvested white elderflowers from the estate’s own elder bushes, combined with selected gooseberry varieties.
A slow and carefully monitored cold fermentation preserves the delicate aromatics. Fragrant, elegant, and refreshing, with a clean, refined finish. Best served at 8–10 °C.
