Anika Perisic is not only a founder and technologist, but also a true innovator and taste enthusiast. With a master's degree in spirits production and sensory science, she has unique expertise that puts her in a class of her own.

She previously worked as a product developer and distiller at Himkok Cocktail Bar & Distillery in Oslo. Now she runs ANIKONIC AS, a company she founded herself in 2019, where she combines her passion for sustainable production and innovative use of Nordic raw materials.

ANIKONIC goes far beyond just making wine, they also offer consulting services to other producers. Anika's advice has been decisive for the success of all her clients, from Bringebærlandet, Nuet and Skåttsgård.

ANIKONIC own wine brand, has also made a name for itself with its three wines – a white, a rosé and a red – which have been praised for their quality and unique taste profile. All the products that Anikonic has developed are not only popular among local enthusiasts, but have also found their way to e.g. Michelin-starred restaurants and famous cocktail bars
