A lightly sparkling, fresh and fruity cider. Ideal as an aperitif and delicious on hot summer days. Goes well with pork and creamy soups. The story of the farmer: My name is Ingrid, and I grew up on the farm Torkjells. I was early on involved in the work on the farm, along with my big sister Marit. In the summer, we would trim apple trees and plum trees, pick sweet cherries, and look after our little brother Tor. I thought it was a lot of work on the farm and decided I never wanted to be a farmer. In 2013, my dad suddenly became ill and died after a short time. This made me change my mind about farming. Today, I am a farmer and run the farm with my husband, Drengen (“the farm helper”).
