Sognefjord

Sognefjord is made with bitter cider apples originating from Normandy and Somerset. Scent: Aroma with a touch of apples, flowers, and citrus. Taste: Fruity start with a touch of apples and flowers, aftertaste with clear tannins and a good length. Colour: Medium deep golden.

Aldin Cider Brut

Aldin is Balholm's flagship, made from traditional table apples and bitter cider apples. First fermentation in 2016, then bottle fermentation for 2 years before each bottle is disgorged by hand in 2019

Gaum

Clear and golden appearance. Taste and scent with light and fresh apple touches, lots of fruitiness, balanced acidity, and a nice structure.

Handverkscider bær

Made from apple, raspberry, currant, rhubarb and hops. Fruity and dry, yet very flavorful. An exciting newcomer.

Drøs

Golden yellow colour, fresh aroma with a light scent and lots of sweetness, crisp apple flavour. Acidic foundation that balances the sweetness. Exciting complexity. Pleasant carbonation with a medium long aftertaste.

Handverkcider pære

Made from 90% pear, 10% apple and hops.
Mild and fruity pear flavor with floral aroma from hops. Medium dry.

Handverkcider eple

This cider is made from dessert apples and cider apples. Pure apple flavour with light notes of herbs. Fruity and medium dry.
A fresh, all-round apple cider.

Keisarinne

Keisarinne (empress) has been grown along the Sognefjord since the 1700s, but had probably been grown even earlier by the Romans. Sweet and aromatic.

Vestland Rosé

Vestland rosé is a fresh cider made from traditional table apples, rhubarb of the Victoria type, and rose hips from Rosa rugosa. Light, fresh apple flavor with rhubarb acid and herbs.
