A lightly sparkling, fresh, acidic, and modern Hardanger cider. This cider is easy to like. Great as an aperitif! Goes well with white meat and fish. The story of Dad: Dad never threw cracked cherries away, he ate them! My parents farmed cherries, plums and apples. Mum worked as a schoolteacher. Dad was also educated as a teacher, but he ran the farm full-time. They moved to Sekse in 1989, and many people in the village were sceptical about the city boy from Oslo who was supposed to be a farmer. He also had strong opinions about politics! He soon became a good fruit farmer with many official positions in the fruit industry. Dad loved a good discussion. He was reliable, wise, and loved ice cream.
