Here at Nordre Bergan farm, I grow apples, pumpkins, and grains. I also sell honey from my own bees. In addition, I process apples into cider and apple juice. Apples and pumpkins are delivered to Bama, as well as sold in my own farm shop.

We grow our apples on good moraine soil, which consists of silty sand to light clay. The soil is rocky and contains minerals and is well-tended. The rocky soil helps to increase the soil temperature while also helping to slow down the growth of the fruit trees, which in turn yield more well-developed apples. The entire orchard is on a south-facing slope and therefore has the ideal lighting conditions that help to produce great flavour.
