Welcome to Syse Gard (Syse Farm) for a rich food and cider experience. Nestled in the Hardangerfjord, in Ulvik, you will find us in the middle of the fruit and cider route. Here you can walk between different cider farms while looking out over this beautiful part of Hardanger.

In our farm shop, we offer processed fruit in many forms, from jam to juice and cider. You can also find traditionally processed lamb meat such as fenalår and cured meats.
