We have a small farm where apples are the main focus. We also have some plums that are delivered for sale. The majority of our apples are also delivered for sale. All juice grade apples are used by us for producing cider. We are probably the "oldest" new producer in the fjord. We have a small, exclusive production of a few thousand litres per season.

The name Kattugleberg comes from the farm. It is the highest point in the left corner of the farm with a view of the whole farm and the Sørfjord towards the Hardanger bridge.

We have 3 varieties of sparkling cider. The Kattugleberg made from unfiltered apple juice. And the Kattugleberg made from filtered apple juice. All the apples are from our own farm. The last variety is called "Arven" and will be the new variety of this season. We also have apple juice in 3-litre bag-in-boxes. We also make apple jelly and currant jelly.
