Nautical Star

The cider has a powerful scent of citrus, flowers, and a touch of hibiscus. It has some sweetness, which balances out the acidity from the blood oranges and apples.

Blackcurrants and lime give the cider a sangria-like flavour. It is balanced between tannins from blackcurrants and acidity from lime and apples, with a little sweetness. Compass Rose is a very popular cider in the summer.
