Pear cider with bitter apple

Spontaneously fermented cider, made from 50/50 apples and pears.

FYNDIG is a handmade cider with more apples in every bottle. The cider has been frozen to remove some of the natural water in the apples.

Fresh and clean scent of apples. Faint hint of pear and spice

Made from 90% pear, 10% apple and hops.
Mild and fruity pear flavor with floral aroma from hops. Medium dry.

Keisarinne (empress) has been grown along the Sognefjord since the 1700s, but had probably been grown even earlier by the Romans. Sweet and aromatic.
