This is the sweetest and most aromatic of our ciders, as it has a large element of "newer" apple varieties and is also made with pears.
We have picked, ground, pressed and fermented, with the apples' own wild yeast and without additives. The cider has no added sugar and is dry, but with a sweet aroma of apples.
