Who are we? Two good friends named Hans Olav and Morten who live in the middle of Telemark. Hans Olav owns an apple farm, so the choice was easy. It was going to be cider, and we were going to make it from apples. Many days and late nights have been spent brewing, testing, sweetening and tasting. We think it has turned out really well, and we hope you agree with us. In the spring of 2021, we started a farm shop at Børte.
