Fruit has been farmed at Skiftun for several generations. The orchards face the southwest with good light and sun conditions, and they extend all the way down to the seaside. The good climate creates flavourful fruit, which produces a lovely, fresh apple juice and a fresh and bubbly cider. The apples are pressed in our own press at the Skiftun docks. The juice is pasteurized before it is poured directly into bottles or boxes. Pure apple juice without additives! The cider is fermented in tanks before being filtered, carbonated, and bottled.

Our products are made on the farm, so that customers always know where the products are from and how they are made.
