Fruit has been grown at Skiftun for several generations. The orchards face southwest with good light and sun conditions, and they extend all the way down to the seaside. The good climate provides flavourful fruit, which produces a lovely, fresh apple juice and a fresh and bubbly cider. The apples are pressed in our own press at the Skiftun quay. The juice is pasteurized before being tapped directly into bottles or bag-in-boxes. Just apple juice, no additives! The cider is fermented in tanks before being filtered, carbonated, and bottled. Our products are produced and refined locally on the farm, so that customers always know where the products are from and how they are made..
