It has received its name as a thank you to the generous people who allow us to harvest their apples, and others who have given us invaluable help.<\/p>\n<p>We have picked, ground, pressed and fermented, with the apples' own wild yeast and without additives.<\/p>\n<p>Norwegian traditional foods, such as mutton and cabbage stew, meat soup and pork ribs, are perfect with this cider; but otherwise it has the same uses as a full-bodied white wine or beer.
