\n\t\t\n\t\tHARDANGER SAFT OG SIDERFABRIKK\n\t\t<\/a>\n\t<\/h2>\n\t

Hardanger Saft og Siderfabrikk (Lekve Farm) is a family-run fruit farm producing apple juice, cider and spirits.<\/p>\n

In 2004, Nils J. Lekve started producing real Hardanger cider using spontaneous fermentation, and in 2006 he sold his first bottle of cider at Vinmonopolet. The cider is called \"Traditional\" and can still be found on the shelves. We still only make spontaneously fermented cider, and now we make different varieties of dry, semi-dry and sweet ciders. Both sparkling and still.<\/p>\n

As a natural part of our product development, we also produce spirits. The distillery was ready in the autumn of 2009, where the equipment is French and the raw materials are Norwegian. We make apple brandy (APAL), apple liqueur, aquavit and cherry brandy. The spirits are aged in oak barrels in the distillery.<\/p>\n

Vi er ein av tre gardar langs Noregs einaste «Frukt og Siderrute». Her kan du vandra i vakkert kulturlandskap fr\u00e5 sentrum ved fjorden og opp til gardane. I sommarsesongen har vi faste tider for smaking med omvising, i tillegg serverer vi\u00a0siderplanke<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0sideplanke sterk<\/em>, som du kan nyte n\u00e5r som helst i opningstida.<\/p>\n
