Dan Olav S\u00e6b\u00f8 took\nover the farm in 2020 and became the first farmer in the Ryfylke region to bottle the\nsparkling, golden drops right on the farm.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e6b\u00f8 is located directly above Hjelmelandsv\u00e5gen, the centre of Hjelmeland municipality, with a great view of the Hjelmeland fjord. Fruit has been produced here since the end of the 1800s. Around the farmyard, there are trees of Gravenstein, Red Aroma, Rubinstep, Discovery and Red Elstar. We have also made room for a few plum trees.<\/p>\n<p>At the start of 2020, Dan Olav S\u00e6b\u00f8 took over the farm in S\u00e6b\u00f8, and after 13 years as a carpenter in Stavanger, it was time to try something new.
