The fruit is sorted, ground, and pressed into pure apple juice. This apple juice ferments through the winter into delicious apple cider that is full of flavour. <br><br>After a course on cider production in Hardanger in 2019, we returned to our own farm with a dream of being able to create our own cider. That year, we made our first test batch, and the first bottles were ready for sale the following year. Our customers are thrilled, and we are now looking forward to the journey ahead. Our ciders are made from apples from our own farm, as well as apples purchased from other local producers.
