Aga Sideri
Among the high mountains, in the heart of Hardanger, Aga Sideri is idyllically situated. In the ideal climate for fruit farming, the apple trees are groomed and looked after throughout the year. The apples are carefully picked and taken to the farm. There, we clean them before they are shredded, and every last drop of juice is squeezed out. We collect these precious drops, and with a little time, a little magic, and a little hard work, we end up with something truly amazing: Aga cider.
Åkre gard
Arita and Gjermund Åkre are 12th-generation fruit farmers. They run two fruit farms - one at Måge and one at Åkre. Fruit forms the basis and foundation of the production of juice, cider, and fruit distillates, and there is a high focus on producing unique, intense, and correct flavours from the fruit.
Alde sider / Bleie gard
When the days grow shorter and the yellow light shines on the hillside, the apples are ready for harvesting. On my farm, I have Gravenstein, Discovery and Aroma. These varieties are perfectly suited for cider, each bringing its own unique quality. When they are sweet enough, I pick them carefully and press them into apple juice.
Alvavoll Frukt og Sidergard
Alvavoll is located on a moraine hill just above Lofthusbygde in Hardanger, and its name indicates that this has been an occult location with religious connections. Several burial mounds have been discovered here, as well as a runestone from the year 300 A.D., called the ‘Opedal Stone’.
Amble Gård
Amble Gård is located in Kaupanger, deep in the Sognefjord. Here we deal with organic fruit, organic roughage for production, tourism, forestry and hunting. We operate 35 daa of organic apple production divided into the varieties Aroma, Discovery and Eden. The apple orchard was renewed in the years 2017-2022 and now only consists of dense planting.
Anikonic
Anikonic produces innovative wines with an exciting combination of fruit, berries and herbs. Production premises are located close to Hønefoss. The raw materials that Anikonic wines are made from, are organic fruit and berries from Viken as well as hand-picked herbs.
Apal Sideri
Apal Sideri produces a fresh and fruity apple cider at Sæbø in Hjelmeland. Dan Olav Sæbø took over the farm in 2020, becoming the first farmer in Ryfylke to tap the sparkling, golden drops right on the farm.
Balholm
Balholm is the old name of Balestrand, located in central Sogn, where the first fruit orchards have been blooming since the 1100s. In the climate of Sogn, the fruit takes longer to ripen than it would further south, which produces a more acidic and concentrated flavour. When Åge Eitungjerde took over the farm from his grandfather in the mid-90s, he looked for new ways to utilise the fruit
Bolstad Neverdal Fruktgard
We are the Bolstad/Neverdal family (Erik, Torill and 3 children) and live at Skjolden in Luster municipality, at the head of the Sognefjord. We took over the orchard called “Edens Hage” (“the Garden of Eden”) in 2019. The Garden of Eden is the orchard that the “Juice King” Halvard Drægni planted in the beginning of the 1900s
Bringebærlandet
Bringebærlandet is half an hour's drive south of Oslo, in an open and lush agricultural area just outside Drøbak.
Here in the sunny summers, the raspberries thrive.
