\u201eFlid\u201c ist hergestellt aus \u00c4pfeln aus den Kommunen Heim und Aure, sowie Wild\u00e4pfeln des ehrenwertigen, alten Wildapfelbaumes auf der sch\u00f6nen Insel Vals\u00f8ya.<\/p>\n

Der Baum ist inzwischen der Mutterbaum von 30 kleinen Wildapfelb\u00e4ume, die wir gepfropft und in unserer Apfelplantage gepflanzt haben. Die Wild\u00e4pfel sind sehr klein, haben eine dicke Schale, viel Bitterkeit, Tannine und einen hohen S\u00e4uregehalt. Viele dieser Eigenschaften kennt man von den franz\u00f6sischen und britischen Cider\u00e4pfeln. Die Wild\u00e4pfel zeichnen sich durch wilde Energie, ein reifer Zitronengeschmack, eine leuchtendgelbe Farbe und extra Tannine und S\u00e4ure aus. Dies macht den Cider weinartig und zu einem perfekten Begleiter zu geschmacksintensiven Mahlzeiten.<\/p>\n
