Die NICA, die vom 10. bis 12. November 2022 stattfindet, ist ein Apfelweinwettbewerb und -fest mit regionalem Bezug, aber internationaler Ausstrahlung. Unser Ziel ist es, durch einen internationalen Wettbewerb, eine Branchenkonferenz und ein Apfelweinfestival eine einzigartige Plattform f\u00fcr Produzenten, H\u00e4ndler, Importeure, Exporteure und die \u00d6ffentlichkeit zu schaffen. Hunderte von verschiedenen lokalen und internationalen Apfelweinen werden darum k\u00e4mpfen, in ihrer eigenen Kategorie zum Besten gew\u00e4hlt zu werden. Die Stadt Bergen wird mit Apfelweinkultur, Geschichte, Touristenattraktionen, Gourmet-Abendessen, Apfelweinaktivit\u00e4ten und vielem mehr gef\u00fcllt sein. Der Bewertungstag der Nordic International Cider Awards (NICA) findet am 10. November statt, gefolgt von einer internationalen Cider-Konferenz und einem Cider-Festival am 11. und 12. November. Die Auszeichnungen bestehen aus einem breiten Spektrum an Cider-Produkten, die einem Bewertungsverfahren unterzogen werden. Die NICA soll die Vielfalt und Bandbreite unterschiedlicher Stile nordischer und anderer internationaler Apfelweine belohnen und feiern. Apfelweine werden in verschiedenen Kategorien zum Wettbewerb eingereicht und von einer Expertenjury aus unabh\u00e4ngigen Juroren blind verkostet und nach Geschmack, Aussehen und Aroma bewertet. At Kulturhuset in Bergen, cider producers from all over Norway are showcasing the best of Norwegian cider and all its varieties.
